Get Justice for Rape Victims
You can't demand justice if you don't know what you're entitled to under the law. Rape victims in the Democratic Republic of Congo—where sexual assaults are epidemic—find themselves in just that situation. Fortunately the Global Network of Women Peacebuilders, which works worldwide, holds empowerment workshops to teach Congolese women about the processes necessary for legal recourse. Your $10 gift helps a woman from a rural village travel to the city of Goma, by boat or car, for these workshops. In this case, missing the boat could cost a woman a chance for justice: donate here.
