Since the first conference in 2005, this annual one-day event has grown to attract more than 8,000 attendees and impact thousands of lives. The Conference Career Pavilion, features a Mentor Match, power sessions and career development workshops, meetups, and resume critiques. Our Young Womens Program for junior and senior high school students offers a wonderful opportunity for young women to gain knowledge and inspiration.
