Habitat for Humanity Brazil (Brazil HPH) is a global non-governmental, non-profit that believes housing is a basic human right and whose goal is to eliminate all forms of inadequate housing. HFH Brazil has developed projects in 10 states and has changed the lives of more than six thousand families.

HFH Brazil is part of the international Habitat for Humanity (HFH), founded in 1976 and operating in over 90 countries.

HFH Brazil promotes and supports community development through construction, renovation, and improvement of housing units as well as regularization of land tenure and urban settlements. The purpose of these actions is to ensure that families and communities in vulnerable situations have adequate living conditions and a safe place to live and develop.

The organization also runs initiatives focused on microfinance, financial education, and building community leadership. Moreover, HPH Brazil participates in and influences public policy-making and urban housing construction.
