The First Women in Public Service Project Institute

Wellesley welcomes the inaugural Institute of the Women in Public Service Project! Watch the live webcast of speakers—including Wellesley President H. Kim Bottomly and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton '69—on Monday, June 11.

Wellesley College, in partnership with the U.S. Department of State and the Seven Sisters colleges, will host the first Women in Public Service Project Institute on Wellesley's campus. Forty-nine selected delegates, described by keynote speaker former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright '59 as "among the best and brightest rising political talents from countries in which women's voices are desperately needed in seats of power," will attend this first-of-its-kind, two-week program that will train the next generation of women leaders. You can witness part of this historic event live, as luminaries and mentors to these women address the Institute.
